Our Story
More than a coffee shop — it's where the neighborhood gathers.
Gateway Café opened its doors on the ASU Polytechnic campus with a simple belief: great coffee should be the backdrop for great moments. What started as a late-night study stop has grown into a daytime hub for students, faculty, remote workers, and neighbors who appreciate a well-poured pour-over.
Every cup is pulled from single-origin Arabica beans roasted by local Phoenix roasters. Our kitchen sources locally whenever possible — the pastries arrive fresh each morning, the salads are prepped daily, and the espresso is adjusted seasonally to match the beans' natural character.
